Shipping Policies / Package Information
From the time you place your order to the time we hand your package off to the post, you can typically expect a week turnaround time or less. Our company tends to ship orders in bulk once a week. This helps us streamline our work flow and give you a proper estimate of when your order will arrive!
If there is an error with any part of the shipping service, it is always best to try to reach out to the shipping courier first. We are always happy to help, but it still may be quicker to go to the source directly. If you need help at all, please message our crew email on our contact page. We typically do not have any special ways of tracking your order once it leaves our hands since its now in the care of the shipping service selected at checkout.
Address changes can be requested but are not guaranteed and are handled on a case to case basis if they aren’t sent to us in time, messaging us as soon as possible can help us get the information changed in time before shipment.
Please make sure your address is correct before purchase. Your package may be subject to delays or shipping errors in the event a shipping change has to be applied after you placed your order.
International Orders can take an unexpected amount of time to arrive even outside of the courier's originally estimated timeline. This is usually at no fault of the seller. In the event of a package error, please contact the postal service first to check on the status of your purchase. We are always happy to try and assist with the information we have available. Please allow additional time for your package to arrive. Given the current global shipping options between Covid-19, volatile political climates and international disputes with rapidly changing customs requirements, please allow at least an additional month for the arrival of your goods. We have seen some packages on multiple occasions arrive up to 2-3 months later worst case scenario. Consider choosing a shipping upgrade service to get the best available lost package insurance and tracking information!
All packages are shipped in a plain (typically white) corrugated box with tissue paper inside covering your order's items and taped closed. The label will contain no business name or information or logo. so you can shop with ease knowing your package is private and truly for your eyes only.
(Customs when shipping internationally may open the package to inspect, we cannot control this.)
